Customer-Relationship-Management-Team-Assignment--Streamline-UltimateImplementing NHPO Model Standards

As part of national reforms to strengthen transparency and consistency in medical education, ACRRM is working with the AMC, state health departments and other specialist colleges to align accreditation processes with the National Health Practitioner Ombudsman (NHPO)’s new model standards and procedures for training settings.

While our current processes already meet the new standards, we are enhancing our systems, processes, and reporting to align with the new national framework. These updates are designed to improve consistency, transparency and provide stronger support for all training posts, supervisors, and registrars. These updates are planned for completion in December 2027, and updates and information will be shared as the project progresses.

At the heart of the ACRRM Rural Generalist Fellowship Program is the contribution of training posts and hospitals with experienced, accredited supervisors supporting our registrars in general practices. The College recruits, accredits, provides support and professional development to training posts, hospitals and supervisors for the delivery of ACRRM Fellowship.
