ACRRM is building the Organisational Change Management team capability at the College and is seeking another dynamic Change Coordinator. This position, located in our Brisbane central office, will partner with the existing Change Coordinator and focus on the coordination of the inception activities within the Organisational Change Management process of our projects. 

Your key responsibilities will include scheduling, documentation, preparing change communication, coordinating reviews and approvals, collaborating with key stakeholders, analysis and reporting.

If you have a passion for organisational change with a background in managing the human aspect of change including experience in preparing impactful change communications and strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, we want to hear from you.  We are looking for someone who excels in stakeholder engagement, is outcome-focused and capable of switching between complex and small-scale changes.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Change register coordination
  • Developing change communication plans
  • Preparing impactful change communication.
  • Supporting Organisational Change Management Strategy delivery
  • Documenting, tracking, monitoring, evaluating and reporting on change activities.

Selection Criteria:

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in change management, organisational development, communication or related field.
  • At least two-years' experience in change coordination. 
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools (eg. Prosci and ADKAR).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in conducting change impact assessments and developing targeted change communication plans.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Highly Desirable: 

Knowledge of GP training, especially in rural and remote medicine.

This role is fixed term until December 2025, and is an integral part of the Operations Business Unit at ACRRM and requires working from our Brisbane central office.

We are seeking a Cultural Educator to join our team based in the Northern Territory. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll work in partnership with Medical Educators of a local GP Training region to assist with the development, delivery and evaluation of cultural awareness and safety training to registrars, supervisors and practice teams members.


Key to your success will be your ability to collaborate with and develop strong working relationships with our multi-disciplinary Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health program team and the community. Some responsibilities will include:


  • building effective working relationships and negotiating with key stakeholders to provide region wide support
  • providing high level project development in the design and delivery of cultural awareness and safety training
  • ensure high quality and evidence based cultural education content is presented to GP registrars, GP supervisors and other key stakeholders
  • attending and actively participating / representing JCTS on relevant stakeholder committees, forums and meetings
  • Prepare required reports in accordance with set timeframes and communicate effectively around progress, issues/barriers and support
  • reviewing and providing feedback to registrars during in practice visits (External Clinical Teaching visits)

ACRRM is growing and we continue to build our teams Nationally, and in all states and territories across Australia. We are now recruiting for two Executive Assistant positions in the Office of the CEO in our Brisbane Office.

The successful applicants will be responsible for providing personal and confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Executive Officer, President/Chair, executive staff, board and committees.

These positions are pivotal in providing business process assistance to the wider organisation and liaising with other major support roles including the Office of the CEO (OCEO) and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to ensure the organisation’s performance and culture is maintained consistently.

Reporting relationships

The Executive Assistant reports to the Executive Officer of the Office of the CEO. This role also requires interaction with internal and external stakeholders including:

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative services directly to the CEO and President/Chair of the Board, or other General Managers of the business.
  • Demonstrate proactive behaviour in meeting the expectations of the CEO and other executives, ensuring an organised and efficient work environment.
  • Make timely decisions and solve administrative problems efficiently to meet objectives and requirements
  • Analyse and assess data, establish priorities, and oversee the progress of tasks. Offer guidance, presentations, and written summaries as part of the job responsibilities.
  • Offer administrative support to the Board and its standing committees and manage the organisation of travel and logistics for Board and the committee.
  • Carry out secretarial asks for the committees, including but not limited to creating agendas, minutes, compiling and distribution of briefing papers, coordinating meetings and other events as requested.
  • Liaise with members to compile and distribute all pertinent reports for the Board and Committee.
  • Occasionally attend meetings during weekend or in the evening as required.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing external and internal stakeholders by efficiently responding to all forms of inquiries.
  • Foster an environment that aligns strongly with ACRRM’s culture and values.
  • Establish and nurture strong working relationships with key individuals and groups within ACRRM’s stakeholder organisations, both internal and external.

We have current opportunity for a full time Policy Officer based in our Brisbane CBD Office.  ACRRM has a number of flexible work opportunities for our staff.

As the Policy Officer you will support the Senior Policy Advisor within the College's Operations business unit and work within the policy team. This work will include assisting in the preparation and coordination of policy reports, submissions, documentation and analysis, and engagement with College members and stakeholders on related issues. You will support the delivery of the College-wide agenda to progress its strategic goals and to operate to the highest professional standards.

Your team works under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment so the ability to work calmly under pressure, be flexible and adaptable are key traits to ensuring our goals are met.
