Updates to Recognition of Prior Learning Policy

ACRRM has updated its Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Policy following a decision made by the Censor.

From 2027.1, project-based Advanced Specialised Training (AST) placements will no longer be able to be applied for in Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) applications.

This means RPL for training time and/or training requirements will be excluded for the following project-based ASTs:

Academic Practice
Population Health
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health
Remote Medicine
