In 2023, Dr Toni Smith started her ACRRM Fellowship after being a surgical registrar, working mainly in orthopaedics.
Toni is passionate about rural health and loves the challenges that it brings to medicine and the problem solving required on a daily basis. She is highly motivated, organised and enjoys the fast-paced, team and community-oriented environment, as well as the challenges that the Northern Territory (NT) offers.
She moved up to the NT from Tasmania in 2021 and has enjoyed the opportunity to explore the diverse and unique environment and large variety of cultural backgrounds.
She looks forward to completing her training with ACRRM and the contribution she can make to the Territory.
