Tracy brings over 10 years of experience in operational management, adult education and learning and development, with a strong background in coordinating training programs and building the capability of teams/people across the country.

With a genuine passion for supporting others through their professional development and career growth.

Having grown up in Regional Victoria and the South Coast of NSW, and with professional experience across regional QLD and the Northern Territory, and as a mother of 4 children, she understands the importance of quality healthcare for families, and the challenges distance can create when accessing it.

Outside of work, she values nothing more than time with her family.
