Dr Joshua Seldis is a passionate and highly experienced Rural Medical Practitioner, holding Fellowship with the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM) and JCCA certification as a Rural Generalist Anaesthetist. He is deeply committed to strengthening rural and remote healthcare through high-quality clinical practice, workplace-based supervision, and the development of training pathways for junior doctors and nurses. Dr Seldis has a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and the integration of emerging technologies into medical education to improve learning and patient outcomes. With extensive experience in registrar progression, holistic trainee support, and guiding junior doctors through professional adversity, he is recognised as a skilled clinical and non-clinical leader who values authenticity, empathy, and the power of personal connection in building strong, resilient medical teams.
