A new National Consistent Payments (NCP) framework model has been developed for the College-led AGPT program to commence in semester one, 2023. There are two key elements to the NCP: direct or derived payments and flexible funds.
The National Consistent Payments (NCP) Framework outlines the support payments which will be provided to eligible supervisors, training posts and registrars involved in the Australian General Practice (AGPT) Program commencing from semester one in 2023.
Registrars and Supervisors wishing to receive payments directly will be required to have individual PRODA accounts. Practices providing placements will need to have organisation PRODA system account and also link to the Organisational Register. Register for your PRODA account.
ACRRM's Flexible Funding (under the NCP Framework) is funding that will address specific needs to build capacity and support training across all regions. The funding will be available from 1 February 2023, alongside the release of NCP funding. Further information, including FAQs and factsheets can be found here or by contacting ACRRM's Training Team via training@acrrm.org.au or 1800 223 226.
