A/Professor. Christopher Pearce is a leading figure in health informatics with nearly two decades of e-health experience. His journey into the field began as a rural GP in the 1990s, and he continues to practice as a rural generalist with expertise in general practice, anaesthetics, and emergency medicine
Dr. Pearce holds a PhD for pioneering research on computer use in primary care consultations and has published over 50 academic articles. He chairs ACRRM Digital Health Committee and is active in data and virtual care research.
He has served on several influential government e-health committees, currently ACRRM’s representative on the Council for Connected Care.
