This application is to be used by Regional Training Organisations (RTO) to apply for remediation funding from the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine for an ACRRM registrar training on AGPT who has been assessed by their RTO as not being able to attain the required level of knowledge, skills and attitudes without additional training time and a planned educational intervention.

In order for ACRRM to assess this application the following documents are required:

  1. a remediation plan that has been agreed to and signed by the registrar
  2. a detailed budget to support the proposed remediation
  3. the timeframe for the completion of the proposed remediation
  4. a timetable for the proposed remediation including the timing of 'progress' reports to ACRRM
  5. the measures to be used by the RTO to determine the success or otherwise of the proposed remediation
  6. a summary of registrar training including additional support provided previously.
