Students are required to complete an online placement evaluation form within six weeks of completion of each placement (a PDF version, below, is supplied for those with restricted internet access). A link to an internet-based survey is distributed prior to each placement and reminders are sent for outstanding evaluations. Your evaluation enables the JFPP team to monitor your experience and progress in the program and respond to issues or opportunities for improvement in the program.

Don’t forget that you are also required to submit to ACRRM either an electronic journal or short report upon completion of each placement. These reports are posted on a secure internet site RRMEO within the JFPP community for other JFPP students to read. Your successful completion of the program requires that you submit an evaluation and report for each placement.
