Interviews

Face-to-face/Video conference

For candidates applying for registration in Australia, ACRRM conducts face-to-face interviews at a location in Brisbane, Tasmania, South Australia and Victoria. If you are not currently in Australia, you can undertake the PESCI via video conferencing, to do this ACRRM requires that the following four conditions be met:

  1. You supply ACRRM with a certified photo (passport) as proof of identity before the interview date.
  2. An invigilator approved by ACRRM will be present at the commencement and conclusion of the interview to verify that the applicant is the subject of the interview.
  3. You arrange both the interview venue and invigilator, and have these approved by ACRRM prior to the scheduled interview date.
Video conference suggestions: Whygo and Regus - both of these have offices around the world and both have connected with ACRRM's facilities with no technical issues.
  4. You will meet ALL costs of the video conference (this includes ACRRM's costs, which will be on charged to you), including paying the invigilator.

There are conditions and requirements regarding the selection of invigilators and the quality of video conferencing technology. Before you request a video-conference PESCI, please review the PESCI Rules and Regulations for video conference and invigilating, and supply this Form with your application.  If you have any problems please email imgatacrrm [dot] org [dot] au (ACRRM). [Please write 'PESCI Application' in the Subject line of your email.]

If you live in an area where it is difficult to arrange a video conference interview, ACRRM may be able to assist you. First, you must lodge a completed application and supporting documentation with ACRRM. The College will acknowledge receipt of your application and will contact you to help you arrange a venue and an invigilator. For more information, please contact ACRRM via email imgatacrrm [dot] org [dot] au.
