Maintenance of Vocational Recognition for GPs

General practitioners are able to undertake their continuing medical education and quality assurance activities through ACRRM’s Professional Development Program (PDP) for the purpose of Vocational Recognition (VR). ACRRM members with Vocational Recognition/Registration are required to obtain a minimum of 100 points over a three-year cycle (triennium) of the PDP. Members can maintain VR through ACRRM regardless of how VR was obtained.

ACRRM Professional Development Handbook

At the completion of the triennium, member compliance will be reported to the Department of Human Services for the purpose of Department of Human Services Benefits.
